SHIPPING
Collection is always welcome from our warehouse by selecting "click and collect" as a delivery option during checkout.
Couriers may email or text vital information about your delivery, so it is important that you always monitor and manage your delivery via the tracking number provided once an order has been sent.
Shipping - products under 20kg
Our aim is to post all orders received by 1pm on the same day.
Delivery is 1 to 3 days depending on the postage you select and how the delivery companies are performing. (i.e. expect delays at Christmas and public holidays)

Shipping - Products over 20kg (usually heavy furniture)
We sell some furniture from our stock (usually next day delivery), some from our suppliers UK warehouse (2-5 days) and just a few ordered directly from the manufacturer (usually 2-4 weeks delivery). See the individual item listing for shipping info.
If a product states 'in stock now' then it is in stock in the UK and we are ready to book delivery to you. If a product states 2-4 weeks delivery, then it is added to our next monthly supplier delivery to arrive at our warehouse.
When it arrives, or if it is already in stock, we will usually send on a next day delivery.
If you are within 20 miles of our warehouse we will deliver to you for free or you may collect.
If you are further away then we will use the best option to book your large/heavy delivery. This could be a standard courier such as DPD or UPS, a pallet delivery or even a 2 man courier delivery via "shiply".
For heavy large items, please be aware that a pallet delivery is a roadside delivery of your furniture on a pallet and that a shiply delivery is a ground floor only delivery. We will advise throughout the order process.
Some locations may not be possible to deliver to or may incur further charges.
DELIVERY - Other info.
All products must be inspected on the day of delivery.
An order is only accepted once stock is confirmed and sent. If you change your mind after 7 days of ordering furniture items, we reserve the right to charge 10% or £50 (whichever is greater) to cover costs of processing your order. This will be deducted from the refunded amount and we will inform you of this prior to issuing a refund. We will only do this if we are not able to cancel your order with our supplier. This is usually 7-10 days before it is due to arrive and does not apply to furniture that is already in stock at our warehouse.
The lead time stated is an average time for delivery and can be slightly sooner or slightly later. If you have any concerns, please email or call us and we will chase your order with our suppliers. We cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by our suppliers or couriers. The majority of orders arrive in good time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
