I’ve changed my mind
If you've changed your mind and need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

Your item(s) needs to be:

  • Unused and with all original components
  • In its original packaging (with the tags if applicable)
  • In a resaleable condition
  • With its proof of purchase
  • With any free items that came with the product
  • With any security seals unbroken and intact

Refunds will be processed by the original payment method within 14 days. If you paid by card, it can take up to 5 working days to appear back in your account; with PayPal, refunds can take up to 30 days.

The returns procedure is usually handled automatically on our website via your order page on your account log in. Just follow this procedure to return your item.
Alternatively, you may email us at letting us know you wish to return your order. We will then advise further by sending you a confirmation email.

Please then return your item unopened within 7 days.

Please inspect your order on the day of delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve.

Any damages during delivery must be reported on the day of delivery via email or phone. We may  request photos of all packaging and the product in order to fully investigate what has happened and report to the delivering courier.


In the unlikely event that your purchased item is, or becomes faulty within the first 30 days, we will offer you an exchange, replacement or a refund.

Please contact us immediately so that we can investigate the issue and resolve. 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like furniture after assembly, broken glass, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), paddling pools due to hazmat health and safety, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Furniture cannot be returned once it has been unboxed.
Once assembly has been started, no returns, refunds or claims for damage will be accepted, as most damage occurs during assembly. 

To avoid this issue, please check all parts thoroughly before attempting any furniture assembly.

Return postage costs are only paid if we cannot replace. We will advise on which method of return postage to use and be able to advise on each circumstance.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days.
