Collection is always welcome from our warehouse once authorised.
Shipping - products under 20kg
Our aim is to post all orders received by 1pm on the same day.
Delivery is 1 to 3 days depending on the postage you select and how the delivery companies are performing. (ie. expect delays at christmas)
Europe / Rest Of The World
Royal Mail Tracked Airmail (if under 2kg) Allow 5 - 10 days.
DPD classic tracked Europe by road (if over 2kg) Allow 2-7 days
Shipping - Products over 20kg (usually heavy furniture)
We sell some furniture from our stock which can be delivered next day, and some to order which take longer. See individual listings for info, or email us.
Ordered items can take 2-6 weeks to arrive as they are added to our monthly supplier delivery when you order.
All products are sent via DPD, NEXT DAY delivery when they are in stock or we deliver locally. We may also send larger items on a pallet delivery.
If you are within 20 miles of our warehouse we will deliver to you for free.
If you are further away, then we will always look for the best option to deliver the goods via a 3rd party courier. This could be DPD next day, pallet 3 day delivery or arranging a 2 man courier via Shiply.
You are also welcome to arrange your own collection via these methods.
DELIVERY - Other info.
All products must be inspected on the day of delivery.
An order is only accepted once stock is confirmed and sent. If you change your mind after 7 days of ordering furniture items, we reserve the right to charge 10% or £20 (whichever is greater) to cover costs of processing your order. This will be deducted from the refunded amount and we will inform you of this prior to issuing a refund.
The lead time stated is an average time for delivery and can be slightly sooner or slightly later. If you have any concerns, please email or call us and we will chase your order with our suppliers. We cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by our suppliers or couriers. The majority of orders arrive in good time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you change your mind, or its just not what you expected, no problem, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know you wish to return it and we will send you a confirmation email.
Please then return your item unopened within 7 days for a refund. Refunds can take up to 2 weeks from receiving goods.
Damages during assembly or during use will not be accepted for return.
Any damages during delivery must be reported on the day of delivery. We request photos of packaging and the product in order to fully investigate what has happened.
Furniture cannot be returned once it has been unboxed.
Once assembly has been started, no returns, refunds, claims for damage or faults will be accepted, as most damage occurs during assembly.
Some items, such as paddling pools, cannot be returned after use due to Hazmat rules. We always issue warnings with the product if this is the case.
Please return authorised returns within 7 days. Upon receipt and confirmation, we will then send a replacement. If we cannot replace, then we will refund the amount paid plus return postage costs. We will advise on which method of return postage to use and be able to advise on each circumstance.
